Synopsis : Pendant la nuit d'Halloween, en 1978, Laurie Strode, qui vient d'échapper à Michael Myers, a été blessée par le psychopathe et est emmenée à l'hôpital. Pendant ce temps, le docteur Sam Loomis, qui a constaté que le corps de Myers avait disparu, se lance à la poursuite du tueur. Celui-ci, blessé, est parvenu à se cacher dans une maison voisine. Poursuivant son trajet, il se rend vers l'hôpital où Laurie est soignée.
